Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Live Plants

Live plants are living items and may vary in size, shape, color, leaf pattern, and condition from photos shown. Natural variation is expected.

By purchasing a live plant, you understand that plant health after delivery depends on care, environment, water, light, temperature, humidity, handling, and other conditions outside Detroit Plant Mom LLC’s control.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to order and require time for production. Please allow 10–12 business days for custom orders to be produced before they ship or are ready for pickup or delivery.

Custom or personalized items may require confirmation, design approval, or additional communication before production. Once a custom order is approved or production begins, it may not be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing custom details, names, spellings, sizes, colors, and other personalization information before submitting or approving an order.

Order Information and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

We may cancel or refuse an order if billing information, shipping information, payment authorization, product availability, fraud screening, or other order details cannot be verified.

Shipping and Delivery
