Thank you for shopping with Detroit Plant Mom LLC. We do our best to pack every order with care so your planty goods arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Where We Ship

Detroit Plant Mom currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Custom orders are made to order and require time for production. Please allow 10–12 business days for custom orders to be produced before they ship or are ready for pickup or delivery.

During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, custom-order periods, or weather-related delays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Carriers and Rates

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the best available shipping carriers and services for your order, destination, and item type.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Detroit Plant Mom LLC.

Local Pickup and Local Delivery

Local pickup and local delivery may be available within a 5-mile radius of Marietta, Georgia.

Local delivery may be subject to an additional fee based on distance, order size, delivery timing, or special handling needs. If local pickup or delivery is available for your order, eligible options will be shown at checkout or arranged directly with Detroit Plant Mom.

Live Plant Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Live plants may be available for shipping, local pickup, or local delivery when listed as available.

Because live plants are living items, shipping may be affected by weather, extreme heat or cold, carrier delays, and destination conditions. Detroit Plant Mom LLC reserves the right to delay shipment of live plants when weather or transit conditions may put the plant at risk.

Please open live plant shipments promptly upon delivery and follow any care instructions included with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Detroit Plant Mom LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of Detroit Plant Mom LLC’s direct control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. Detroit Plant Mom LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered, but we will do our best to help you with available carrier information when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@detroitplantmom.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please see our Refund/Returns Policy for more details.
